Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in medical insurance verification, authorization, or billing OR high-volume customer service.
• Strong communication skills—you’re comfortable talking to patients and insurance providers.
• Attention to detail and ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with medical codes (HCPCS, ICD) is a plus, but not required.
• A team-first attitude and willingness to jump in where needed.

Responsibilities
