Accendra Health is seeking a dedicated account liaison to maintain relationships with current accounts, coordinate orders, and ensure timely follow-up on authorizations and referrals. This role emphasizes precision, compliance, and patient-centered service in a healthcare setting.

The position requires strong communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to coordinate with medical groups and referral sources. On-site work in Florida with standard benefits is provided.

Responsabilidades

• Acts as a single point of contact for a specific account.
• Handles customer needs and complaints in a timely manner.
• Consult with clients and referral sources on products and necessary equipment.
• Obtains all documentation to be scanned and batched at the Branch.
• Manages all follow-up functions with the account, post set-up.
• Oversee transactions from a specific account including referrals.
• Contact patients to confirm orders and communicate any financial obligations.
• Promote company products/services during office visits.
• Coordinate with physicians and medical groups.
