• Demonstrates exceptional communication skills, both via telephone and in person.

Responsabilités

• Performs diversified billing duties and ensures completion within designated timelines.
• Acts as patient advocate for self-pay liabilities and informs patients about collection policy or free care requirements.
• Assist patients in setting up payment plans to ensure full collection of accounts.
• Updates and verifies insurance information as needed and ensures physician orders are processed before billing.
• Performs data entry of remittances and follows up on accounts in a timely manner.
