Luminis Health, Inc. is seeking a Patient Account Representative to manage end-to-end billing within the Revenue Cycle. You will handle claims submission, payer follow-up, and patient inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate adjudication of payments.

Responsibilities include denial management, payment arrangements, and maintaining HIPAA privacy while collaborating with internal teams in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2–4 years multi-specialty billing experience; ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding preferred.
• Experience with Epic EHR and MS Office; ability to communicate professionally via internet/virtual tools.

Responsabilidades

• Manage pre-AR and post-AR charge sessions; edit claims and document actions.
• Prepare, audit, and submit clean primary/secondary claims; follow up with payers.
• Analyze denials and perform root-cause analysis with cross-functional teams.
• Respond to patient billing inquiries; set up approved payment arrangements.
• Maintain HIPAA/privacy and use MS Office for communications.
