Responsabilidades

• Verifies hospital insurance information and collects unpaid claims.
• Compiles hospital bills and submits claims to insurance companies.
• Contacts patients/insurance companies to collect on unpaid claims.
• Verifies demographic information in the computer system and updates records.
• Keeps up with changes in insurance plans and contracts.
• Follow up on all accounts within 30 days until paid.
• Move Self Pay accounts to collections as per policy.
