Responsibilities

• Collect delinquent account payments from patients and carriers.
• Contact insurance carriers to obtain authorizations and referrals for services.
• Post payments and denials to patient accounts and reconcile accounts.
• Research and resolve denial of claims and resolve outstanding accounts receivable.
