Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Enter demographic/billing/insurance information accurately.
• Post payments and adjustments accurately.
• Resolve patient liability concerns with payment arrangements and/or financial assistance.
• Answer patient questions quickly, accurately, and courteously.
• Maintain patient confidentiality per WVUHS policy and HIPAA.
• Comply with state and federal collections laws.
• Follow hospital guidelines and communicate issues to management.
