Job summary

Pullman Regional is seeking a Customer Service Representative to assist patients with billing questions and financial concerns. You will communicate via in-person, phone, email, and MyChart, ensuring accurate documentation of all account activity and resolutions.

This role requires empathy, strong communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Epic. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm, with a base hourly pay range of $21.31–$30.54.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitors self-pay accounts and follows up on balances.
• Provides billing, payment, insurance, and financial assistance information.
• Documents interactions and resolutions in Epic and other systems.
• Accepts payments and processes daily deposits.
• Handles mail and routine departmental tasks.
• Maintains confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Participates in process improvement initiatives.
