Responsibilities

• Perform customer/client account research and establish repayment plans.
• Take inbound calls and make outbound calls.
• Initiate contact regarding account status and submit past-due notifications.
• Follow up on missed repayment arrangements and coordinate with local Sales.
• Track delinquent accounts to ensure status moves current.
• Report seriously delinquent accounts to leadership for potential default.
• Perform other projects as assigned.
