Qualifikationen

• 2 years of experience in high-volume call center environments.
• At least 1 year of collections experience.
• Knowledge of Billing and Collections procedures.
• Accounts Receivable knowledge/experience.
• Strong attention to detail and goal orientation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Aufgaben

• Provide customer service regarding billing and collection issues and resolve discrepancies.
• Represent the company through professional conversations by means of inbound and outbound calls.
• Collect and process payments, payment plans, and recurring payments.
• Ability to work effectively both individually and as part of a team.
• Initiate resolution to patient complaints.
• Advise collections department of required actions for billing.
• Submit all Change of Insurance information.
• Handle mail for the center including responding to requests for information.
