Lincare Holdings is seeking a customer service specialist to respond to incoming and initiate outgoing inquiries, using company policies to provide complete, accurate data and grow revenue.

You will ensure accurate patient contact, promote products with clear benefits, assist physician communication as needed, resolve concerns, record data, and provide timely follow-up while contributing to departmental sales results.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service and/or sales experience preferred, but not required
• Prior health care and/or medical experience preferred, but not required
• Must be able to type at least 25-30 wpm

Responsabilités

• This employee increases revenue by responding to incoming and/or initiating outgoing customer inquiries; using company resources, policies, and procedures to provide complete, accurate data.
• Ensure patient contact is handled with accuracy and operational effectiveness
• Promote products, thoroughly explaining product and/or services, benefits, and assisting with facilitating physician communication as necessary
• Resolve customer concerns
• Record customer information by obtaining, entering, and verifying required data
• Provide customer follow-up as required
• Contribute to departmental objectives through tracked contact and sales results
