Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Minimum of one year healthcare collections experience or related field.
• Experience with insurance billing and computer software (Excel) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide account and billing information to patients, insurers, and collection agencies.
• Control collection efforts of accounts in an organized, professional, and efficient manner.
• Analyze accounts to determine correct insurance payment based on contract rate and patient share.
• Reports daily to the Texas Business Center at 5800 N-I35, Suite 505, Denton, TX 76207.
