Job summary

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
• A minimum of one year experience in health care collections or related field; experience with insurance billing, computer and business software (Excel) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide accounts and billing information to patients, insurance companies, and/or collection agencies.
• Control collection efforts of accounts in an organized, professional, and efficient manner.
• Analyze accounts to determine correct insurance payment based on contract rate and patient\'s share.
• This is an on-site/in-office position.
