Universal Health Services (UHS) Georgia Business Center in Dunwoody is seeking a dynamic Patient Account Representative/Collector. The role handles billing, follow-up, and collection of patient accounts by contacting patients, insurance companies, and third-party payers to resolve balances.

This on-site position supports multiple UHS facilities across Georgia and the United States. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of health care collections experience, familiarity with insurance billing,

Qualificações

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year health care collections or related experience, or equivalent education/training.
• Experience with insurance billing and computer/business software (Excel) preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide account and billing information to patients, insurance companies and/or collection agencies.
• Control collection efforts of accounts in an organized, professional, and efficient manner.
• Analyze accounts to determine correct insurance payment based on contract rate and patient\'s share.
• This is an on-site/in-office position.
