Universal Health Services’ Georgia Business Center in Dunwoody is seeking a dynamic Patient Account Representative/Collector to manage billing, follow-up, and collections for assigned patient accounts by contacting patients, insurers, and third-party payers.

This on-site role requires at least one year in healthcare collections, proficiency with Excel, and the ability to analyze accounts to determine correct insurance payments. Comprehensive benefits are provided.

Formación

• High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of one year experience in a health care collections or related field.
• Experience with insurance billing and Excel preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide account and billing information to patients, insurance companies and/or collection agencies.
• Control collection efforts of accounts in an organized, professional, and efficient manner.
• Analyze accounts to determine correct insurance payment based on contract rate and patient\'s share.
• This is an on-site/in-office position.
