Responsibilities

• Review accounts and manage appeals and denials.
• Handle Medicare/Medicaid insurance processes.
• Follow up with patients and insurance for billing and inquiries.
• Manage 40-70 accounts per day.
• Update demographics and initiate account adjustments.
• Resolve balances to zero before external collections.
