Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Patient Account Representative to support Patient Financial Services in daily operations, EOB review, and special projects at the Centralized Business Office in Lewisville, TX. This full-time role follows a Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM CT, with up to 10% travel.

Required: high school diploma or GED and 0–2+ years in healthcare or customer service; basic PC skills; ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED or 3 years of relevant equivalent experience.
• 0-2+ years work experience in healthcare, business, retail or customer service.

Responsibilities

• Document and distribute all business-related requests and correspondence from patients and insurance companies.
• Process all outgoing correspondence daily.
• Update patient demographic and insurance information.
• Review EOBs and post in client system; support special projects as needed.
