Guidehouse is seeking a Patient Account Representative to support Patient Financial Services in daily operations, reporting, and EOB review at our Lewisville, TX office. The role involves processing outgoing correspondence, updating patient data, and handling special projects within a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CT.

The ideal candidate has 0–2+ years of healthcare or customer service experience, with basic PC skills and familiarity with Word and Excel.

Qualifications

• 0-2+ years work experience in healthcare, business, retail, customer service.
• PC skills in Windows environment.

Responsabilités

• Document and distribute all business-related requests and correspondence from patients and insurance companies.
• Process all outgoing correspondence daily.
• Update patient demographic and insurance information.
• Review EOBs and post to client system.
