  • Strong follow-up and organizational abilities.

  • Follow up with unscheduled treatment patients and re-engage opportunities into scheduled appointments.
  • Discuss insurance benefits, financing options, and payment plans with confidence.
  • Maintain a positive, energetic, and service-oriented attitude in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborate closely with providers and office leadership to support patient care and office goals.

Job Summary

The Patient Ambassador is a high-energy, patient-facing role responsible for increasing case acceptance, driving treatment plan conversions, and delivering an exceptional patient experience. We are seeking someone with strong sales and customer service experience who excels at building relationships, connecting with patients, and creating trust quickly.
