Sonrava Health is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to join our Austin team. The PCC will greet patients, introduce them to our office, coordinate treatment services and cultivate lasting relationships.

The role emphasizes exceptional communication, a passion for customer service, and a sales mindset to support treatment recommendations and payment options.

Qualifications

• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of customer service role, sales, receptionist, or equivalent preferably in a healthcare or dental setting.
• Experience with dental practice management software such as Denticon/Dentrix preferred.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with patients, office staff, and third party stakeholders.
• Attention to detail in maintaining patient records and managing financial transactions.
