Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Healthcare Administration, Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, or related field.
• Experience in patient advocacy, healthcare customer service, risk management, social services, or related healthcare role preferred.
• Knowledge of CMS, Joint Commission, and patient rights regulations preferred.
• Strong investigation, conflict resolution, and problem solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and electronic health records.
