What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage an average of 60-80 incoming and outgoing patient calls daily regarding medical bills
- Utilize the employer's platform to handle all patient inquiries via inbound chats and phone calls
- Perform appropriate outbound call campaigns to follow up with patients
- Lead the payment posting process and follow up on defaulted payments
- Meet assigned team and individual metrics related to satisfaction and collections performance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be available and punctual for scheduled work shifts
- Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or GED
- Exceptional phone and listening skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a call center or customer service role within the healthcare industry
- Familiarity with medical billing processes
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software
