You’ll advocate for members through patient assistance programs, charity care, and alternative funding options, while coordinating care with providers, hospitals, and facilities at negotiated rates. This role blends hands-on work with flexible, hybrid scheduling.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare administration, care coordination, or case management.
• Clear, empathetic communication.
• Ownership and follow-through in tasks.
• Ability to work across teams and external partners.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1+ year of healthcare administrative support or case management experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Serve members as advocate through patient assistance programs, charity care, and alternative funding options.
• Secure eligibility and coordinate care to reduce out-of-pocket costs for members.
• Collaborate with members, internal providers, hospitals, and external facilities to coordinate care at negotiated rates.
• Improve cost management, coordination workflows, and member experience through strong documentation and follow-through.
• Advocate for members’ financial and healthcare needs across provider offices and hospital systems.
