Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• 1 Year Relevant Customer Service experience required.
• 2 Years Professional Office/healthcare Experience Preferred.
• CHAA - Certified Healthcare Access Associate preferred.
• CPI - Crisis Prevention Intervention Training maintained annually 90 days required.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and families when they arrive, set a welcoming tone.
• Accurately collect demographic information to ensure EHR integrity.
• Identify network coverage and obtain/validate benefits and pre-certifications for tests/procedures.
• Explain applicable legal, ethical, and compliance documents to patients/families.
