Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and families, set a comforting tone.
• Gather demographics and ensure EHR accuracy.
• Identify coverage, obtain benefits and pre-certifications.
• Educate on documents, obtain signatures where required.
• Explain financial obligations and prepare estimates for payments.
• Complete required payor elements and regulatory checks.
• Maintain service levels and productivity guidelines.
