Bellin Health's Orthopedic Clinic in Green Bay is seeking a Patient Admissions Representative for the Phone Team. You will handle incoming calls, schedule and pre-register out-patient appointments, and assist physicians, departments, and patients with their needs.

This full-time role works Monday through Friday with rotating hours; high school diploma and medical terminology knowledge preferred. Experience in scheduling, pre-registration, admitting, and health insurance understanding is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Medical terminology knowledge is preferred.
• Scheduling, pre-registration, and admitting experience are advantageous.
• Knowledge of health insurance is preferred.
