Job summary

Emplify Health by Bellin is seeking a Patient Admissions Representative to support Fast Care in Green Bay. You will handle timely patient registrations, verify payor requirements, and coordinate information between patients, physicians, and staff.

The role is 0.60 FTE with hours spanning Monday through weekend shifts, including holidays. Strong phone manners, medical terminology, and basic computer skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and additional post-secondary classes in medical insurance, medical terminology, and health care business preferred.
• Hospital or clinic admitting experience or completion of health business program, computer/keyboard skills, medical terminology, health insurance processing, excellent customer service skills, and decision-making skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the timely, complete, and accurate registration process of patients while meeting payor requirements.
• Manages telephone calls and appropriately communicates information with patients, physicians, and/or staff.
