Responsibilities

• Assist in taking reservations from physicians' offices and organize admissions boards; enter information accurately.
• Explain patient responsibilities and collect necessary admissions information; address inquiries.
• Verify demographics, update systems, and maintain admission logs accurately.
• Ensure compliance with Joint Commission standards and applicable regulations; support quality assurance programs.
• Communicate with staff, patients and families in a courteous, professional manner and maintain confidentiality.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
