• Assist in taking reservations from physicians' offices and organize daily admissions boards.
• Enter all information promptly and accurately in computer systems and admission logs.
• Explain patient responsibilities and answer inquiries regarding admission and room types.
• Verify patient demographics and collect required pre-admission data.
• Ensure compliance with department standards and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient, physician and hospital information.
