Huron Managed Services, in Hutchinson, KS, seeks an Onsite Main Admissions Representative to support patient registration and admission activities. You will obtain accurate demographic and insurance data, verify eligibility, collect payments, and ensure a smooth, respectful patient experience in a healthcare setting.

This role requires strong communication, detail orientation, and a patient-focused service mindset, with shifts including days/evenings/weekends to support 24/7 operations.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and professional interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail with accurate data handling.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, patient-facing setting.
• Comfort with PHI and HIPAA compliance and basic computer tasks.
• Experience in healthcare registration or customer service is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Register and pre-register patients accurately and efficiently.
• Verify demographic and insurance information and complete eligibility checks.
• Collect copays and process payments; handle daily deposits.
• Distribute documents and assist with patient transportation as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and client requirements.
