Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and search new patients and those transporting patients upon arrival.
• Review prospective admissions against admission criteria, policies and procedures.
• Schedule assessments of voluntary patients.
• Respond promptly to inquiry calls.
• Clerical duties: data entry, paperwork, answering phones.
• Gather clinical and demographic data from patients and other sources.
• Assist patients and families in seeking treatment.
• Register patient to the assigned program and ensure timely admission paperwork.
