You will greet patients upon admission, assist with paperwork, and maintain confidentiality while supporting staff in a busy, compassionate environment. Strong communication and a friendly demeanor are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills required.
• Must be confident and friendly.
• Healthcare experience preferred.

• Greet patients upon admission and make them feel welcomed.
• Assist and complete Admission paperwork.
• Maintain a positive, professional demeanor at all times.
• Anticipate patients' needs and take ownership of tasks.
• Maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
• Support staff and maintain cooperative working relationships.
• Anticipate patient needs and respond proactively.
