• Accurately complete patient admissions and registration with up-to-date information.
• Obtain patient signatures, identification, and insurance information.
• Collect deductibles, co-insurance, and other payments.
• Follow policies related to admitting, discharging, and transferring patients.
• Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining confidentiality.
