ERC Pathlight is seeking a Treatment Coordinator on a PRN basis to welcome patients and families, coordinate admissions and transitions, and support care teams with documentation and surveys. The role emphasizes a compassionate patient experience and efficient coordination across levels of care.

Responsibilities include admissions processing, coordinating outside appointments, answering inquiries, and ensuring smooth operations within the clinic environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (required).
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, or related field (preferred).

Responsabilités

• Admissions and patient transitions: greet and assist patients and families.
• Coordinate with treatment teams to secure services for patients.
• Provide administrative support and manage admissions documentation.
• Answer phones and direct calls; maintain patient binders and discharge packets.
• Coordinate transportation and track daily attendance.
