Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree required or preferred in healthcare field.
• Experience in healthcare settings and understanding of LTACH benefits is a plus.
• Must read, write and speak fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments per company standards.
• Educate patients and families about benefits and admissions process.
• Assist in hospital tours for families and referral sources as needed.
