• Assists others to maintain integrity of accounts receivable.
• Maintains patient confidentiality and complies with Joint Commission standards.
• Receives and answers inquiries regarding charges and billing discrepancies.
• Keeps abreast of managed care and contractual arrangements with third party payers.
