Job summary

Cove Forge Behavioral Health Center is seeking a full-time Patient Account Representative to provide financial support for clients under facility management. The role focuses on applying for state/local programs to secure funding, verifying benefits, and handling claims with third-party payors.

Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, is required. The position is onsite, with a 30–40 accounts/day productivity target and benefits including 401K, holidays, and PTO.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Three or more years’ prior admissions and/or collections experience in a hospital setting.
• Psychiatric experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review and rebill claims issues; review benefits verifications and EOBs.
• Apply for PA MA using COMPASS and PROMISE; assist clients with MA eligibility.
• Manage daily productivity and meet a 30–40 accounts/day target; communicate with third-party payors.
