Job summary

Truman Medical Centers is seeking a Patient Accounts Representative II for a hybrid role at Northpoint in Kansas City, MO. This full-time position supports the Corporate Professional Billing department, with a standard 8:00 AM–4:30 PM schedule and 40 hours per week.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma and 2–3 years of insurance billing experience, plus strong math, computer, and software skills (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–3 years of insurance billing/claims follow-up experience in a hospital/physician office or insurance billing environment.
• Must have computer literacy and math aptitude; able to use 10-key calculator, keyboard and basic software including Excel/Word/Outlook.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and ICD/CPT/HCPC coding.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
