The Patient Account Specialist is responsible for handling incoming calls for our patients. This role requires passionate and energetic individuals who are great listeners and can multitask while creating a safe and courteous experience for our patients. The Patient Account Specialist will support billing, insurance, and other questions from our patients. This position is responsible for supporting the mission, vision, and values of Upstream Rehabilitation.
The hours for this position: 9AM- 5:30PM EST
