Covenant Health’s Oncology Group is seeking a Patient Account Representative II for Proton Therapy Services. This full-time role handles inbound inquiries from patients, families, insurance carriers, and other payment sources, delivering timely and accurate follow-up.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in patient accounts/customer service.
• Ability to handle inbound inquiries and respond promptly.
• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound inquiries from patients, family, insurers or other payment sources.
• Provide timely and accurate follow-up; respond to at least 60 inquiries per day.
• Assist Patient Account Rep I as a resource and provide training on complex issues.
• Communicate effectively with patients and hospital staff.
• Handle correspondence within five working days; refer accounts for audits when needed.
• Support with payments policies and charity guidelines.
