Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Identify payment details and post payments to patient accounts.
• Research and adjust payment postings to resolve accounts.
• Post EOBs, denials, and insurance items to patient accounts.
• Follow up on missing information like remittances and payer details.
• Meet productivity and quality goals for the department.
• Collaborate with other teams across the organization.
• Attend meetings and complete education requirements.
