Job summary

Intermountain Health seeks a detail-oriented revenue cycle professional to manage payment postings and patient account updates at Peaks Regional Office in Broomfield, CO. The role supports insurance interactions and ensures accurate posting across systems.

Responsibilities include resolving postings, denials, and missing information while meeting productivity goals. On-site position with standard 40-hour weeks and a competitive hourly rate.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum six months revenue cycle experience OR one year cash handling experience, preferably with medical billing/records training.
• At least one year revenue cycle experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify appropriate payment details and post to patient accounts using electronic and manual posting systems.
• Research, validate and adjust payment postings to achieve account resolution.
• Post correspondence, denials, and other items from insurance to patient accounts.
• Research missing information like EOBs and remittances; contact payers for details.
