Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Identify payment details and save backups as appropriate.
• Balance payments to deposits in systems and applications.
• Post all payments to patient accounts using electronic and manual posting.
• Research, validate and adjust payment postings.
• Follow up per procedures and policies to resolve accounts.
• Post correspondence, zero payments, denials and items from insurance.
• Research missing information (EOB, remittances) and follow up.
• Meet productivity and quality goals; collaborate with teams.
