Responsibilities

• Acts as a single point of contact for a specific account and handles inquiries promptly.

• Obtains documentation for orders and coordinates with branches for processing.
• Maintains account follow-ups, verifies orders, and communicates financial obligations.
• Assesses patient needs and promotes company products during office visits.
• Troubleshoots with medical groups and other departments to resolve issues.
• Supports in transitions and coordination with physicians and medical groups.
• Participates in quality improvement initiatives as requested.
