Job summary

Qualifications

• 4 years of experience in healthcare related registration, billing, and/or financial counseling.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience in a similar setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and delegate all daily departmental operations.
• Develop and implement an operational plan including staffing resources, policies and procedures, and quality improvement activities.
• Ensure timely, accurate and compliant registration and financial counseling of all patients.
• Ensure staff adheres to customer service standards and required competencies.
• Collaborate with department Manager to resolve issues impacting the patient access revenue cycle.
• Perform duties of Financial Counselor, Registration Representative and Receptionist Clerk as needed.
