• Coordinate and supervise the Registration and Emergency Department; schedule staff across multiple areas.
• Oversee accuracy of registration and scheduling data entered by associates.
• Ensure patient experience protocols are followed; monitor in-basket pools and work queues.
• Provide ongoing training, coaching, and performance feedback to staff.
• Interview and participate in hiring decisions to maintain staffing levels.
• Develop, recommend, and implement department policies and procedures.
