Job summary

Option Care Health in California is seeking a Supervisor, Patient Access - Specialty Operations to oversee the Patient Registration team’s daily operations and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for patients and referral partners.

You will manage performance, training, and process improvements, while coordinating across sales and operations to maintain high-quality customer service and timely referral processing. This role includes supervising staff and aligning with payer requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year supervisory experience or 3–5 years patient registration experience.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily performance and coach team members on quality, speed, and service.
• Interview, hire, train employees; direct work and appraise performance.
• Educate team and resolve onboarding issues.
• Troubleshoot issues with CMC Patient Registration team.
• Ensure adherence to policies and assist with new policy rollout.
• Oversee claims on hold and denial management.
