Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associates degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in ED Representative or Patient Access/Registration role.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides support to the Manager of Admitting in the oversight of all registration and switchboard areas and functions.
• Assists Manager with employee scheduling, prepares the employee schedule for the Manager's approval.
• Assists Manager with employee payroll, payroll record keeping, time card calculations and maintenance of attendance sheets.
