Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associates degree preferred.
• Experience as ED Representative, Patient Access Reviewer or Representative with 3-5 years' experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provides support to the Manager of Admitting in the oversight of all registration and switchboard areas and functions.
• Assists Manager with employee scheduling, prepares the employee schedule for the Manager's approval.
• Assists Manager with employee payroll, payroll record keeping, time card calculations and maintenance of attendance sheets.
