Stanford Children's Health | Lucile Packard Children's Hospital Stanford seeks a Supervisor for Patient Admitting Services to oversee PAS staff in Main Admitting and improve workflow. You will develop training with Revenue Cycle, ensure accurate MDS and compliance, and coordinate with other units.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate's degree in a work-related field/discipline from an accredited college or university.
• Experience: Five (5) years of progressively responsible and directly related work experience.
• Licensure/Certification: None required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the Patient Admitting Services staff in Main Admitting.
• Develop processes and training guidelines with the Revenue Cycle Analyst.
• Manage patient admission/registration and ensure data accuracy in Epic.
• Coordinate departmental activities with applicable units and ensure compliance.
• Provide leadership on projects to streamline admitting processes and improve quality.
